- Trois matchs se sont terminés sur un match nul : Butgenbach-Stembert 1-1, Dison-Amblève 2-2 et Ster-Stavelot 0-0.Andrimont s'est imposé 1-2 à Rocherath. Honsfeld et Eynatten se sont imposés en enfilant trois buts respectivement à Waimes et Welkenraedt. Franchimont a subi la loi de Saint Vith 0-3 tout comme Xhoffraix, battu 0-1 par Raeren.
